ROUTINE CONTROL AND MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS
1.
The motor sweeper must be inspected by a specialist technician who checks its safety or for any damage or
defects in the following cases:
Before it is put into operation.
After modifi cations or repairs.
At regular intervals, as indicated in the «Routine maintenance and checks" table.

Every six months check that the safety devices are in good working order; the inspection must be made by au-
thorized specialist staff . To ensure that the safety devices are operating properly, the machine must be overhau-
led by an authorized workshop every 5 years.
3.
The person in charge of the machine must make an annual check on its condition. During this check, he must
decide whether the motor sweeper still complies with the technical safety regulations. . After checking it has
to apply on the machine a label of checking made.
Routine maintenance and checks

Check the engine oil level

Check the engine air fi lter cartridge

Change the engine oil
4
Change the engine oil fi lter
5
Check hydraulic fl uid radiator
6
Check the battery electrolyte level
7
Replace the hydraulic fl uid fi lter cartridge
8
Check the level of the hydraulic fl uid
9
Replace the hydraulic fl uid
Check that the main brush does not have string, wire, etc. en-

tangled in it.

Check the dust fi lters

Grease the steering system chain and check its tension

Replace the dust fi lters
