CONNECT ACCESSORY DEVICES
Connecting the DVD or VCR player
devices
Switch off TV and external equipment before
connecting cables.
1. Connect a DVD or VCR player's Video
Out to the TV's Video In jack by a Video
cable. (Fig1.)
2. Connect a DVD or VCR player's S-VIDEO
Out to the TV's S-VIDEO In jack by a
S-VIDEO cable.
3. Connect a DVD or VCR player's Audio
Out to the TV's L/R jacks by a Audio
cable, in this stage, the S-VIDEO and
VIDEO is sharing this L/R Audio in
channels.
4. Press POWER to turn on the TV. Turn on
external equipment also.
5. Press SOURCE to select AV or S-VIDEO
signal source.
Connecting AUDIO OUT jacks to a stereo
amplifier
Switch off TV and external equipment before
connecting cables.
1. Connect the TV Audio Out (R/L) to the
stereo amplifier In (R/L). (Fig2.)
2. Press POWER to turn on the TV. Turn
on external equipment also.
Connecting directly to cable or an
antenna
When using 75Ω coaxial Aerial: Connect
directly to the RF terminal of the tuner.
