USING THE STOPWATCH m
1 Turn the HOLD/LOCK/OPEN switch to
LOCK.
2 Press EXERCISE repeatedly to display
00.00.
Keep it pressed for about 1 second at first to turn
on the power.
3 Press START/PAUSE to start the stopwetch.
@ 1/1 O second
To stop the stopwatch
Press START/PAUSE. The stopwatch pauses.
To resume, press START/PAUSE again.
After use, press EXERCISE pressed for 1 second to
turn off the power.
To reset the time to 00.00
Press LAP/CLEAR while in stop mode.
To memorize the lap times
While the stopwatch is running, press LAP/CLEAR
to memorize the lap time. Up to 10 lap times can be
memorized.
When the 1lth lap time is memorized, the 1st lap
time is erased automatically.
