Door gasket replacement instructions

Disassembling and cleaning
Take out old gasket. Remove contaminations and

clean slot of the gasket. Make sure that no residues
left of the old gasket.
To facilitate the installation of the new gasket
➢
moisten the gasket and the slot with soap
water.
Installation of new gasket
First push the gasket at the four corners [1].
➢
Then push the gasket at all sides into the slot.
➢
Starting from the corners to the center of the sides.
Take care that the gasket is pressed in up to the
➢
corners everywhere.

Additional note for 2xx floor units

he door seal has a non-visible, but

sensible reinforcement alongside
(approximately 150 mm from the
corner). Make sure that the
reinforcement is beneath [2].
