STEPS FOR ISOLATING ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS
Order in which to check for problems is as follows:
Connections - Pendants - Control Boxes - Actuators
1. Check all connections
2. Swap pendant with known working pendant
3. Swap actuator plugs at known working ports
4. Check actuators with known working control box

OPERATIONAL HINTS:
1. Be sure that the bed is free and clear of all obstructions for full range of
motion. Damage to the unit and wall will occur if the bed contacts the wall,
chair rail, other obstruction while in motion.

Check Power Cord for damage.
Check pendant connection to
control box. Inspect pendant
cord for damage. Check
actuator connection to control
box. Inspect actuator cord for
damage.
See picture of control box with
port locations. Inspect pendant
cord for damage.
Check actuator plug to control
box. Inspect Actuator cord for
damage. Replace Actuator.
