Decoding of Data Object ID1 and 2
The base 4x Modbus address is Data Object ID 2 / 16. Bit offset is the remainder of
Data Object ID / 16.
Ex. Bit 10 in register of 42500 would appear in Data Object ID 2 as 0x9C4A = 40010.
The base address is 40010 / 16 = 2500. The bit is 0.625 x 16 = 10.
Data Object ID 1 is the most significant 16 bits. If Data Object ID 1 is non-zero then a
32 bit number is composed of Data Object ID 1 as bits 31 - 16 and Data Object ID 2
are bits 15 - 0.
