Anleitung
Vor Gebrauch die Sicherheitshinweise und Anleitung genau lesen und
beachten. Vor dem Zusammenbau sollten Sie sich mit den Einzelteilen
vertraut machen, diese sorgfältig abtrennen und ggf. z.B. mit kleiner Feile
und feinem Schmirgelpapier entgraten. Auf den innenliegenden Oberflächen
können lose Kunststoffpartikel anhaften. Nach Trennung der Einzelteile
empfiehlt sich eine Reinigung der Teile mit lauwarmer Seifenlauge und einer
weichen Bürste. Anschließend mit klarem Wasser abspülen und gut trock-
nen lassen. Polyamid wird von Methansäure (Ameisensäure) gelöst (Vor-
sicht: ätzend!) und kann damit verklebt werden. Sonst eignen sich Kontakt-
kleber (z. B. Uhu® Alleskleber Kraft, beidseitig dünn auftragen und ablüften
lassen) sowie 2K-Epoxydharz- und Sekundenkleber. Letztere eignen sich
auch für die Verklebung mit Metall, z.B. Griffstangen und Zurüstteile. Dieser
Bausatz wurde sorgfältig gepackt. Sollte trotzdem ein Teil fehlen, können Sie
es unter Einsendung dieser Anleitung mit Angabe der Teilenummer (siehe
unten) direkt bei D T L

Zusammenbau
1. Einzelteile vom Spritzling trennen.
2. Einzelteile entgraten. Die Ansätze der Verbindungsstege vollständig
entfernen.
3. Bohrungen für Griffstangen lokalisieren und auf erforderlichen Durch-
messer aufbohren.
4. Teile nach Wunsch lackieren.
5. Klaren Kunststoff für die Fenster zuschneiden (Toleranz -0,5 mm):

4x 6 x 9,5 mm (Frontfenster)

2x 9 x 9,5 mm (Seitenfenster Führerstand)
-
2x 6,6 x 8,3 (Türen Führerstand)
-
2x 16,6 x 8,3 mm (Gepäckraum)
Alle Fenster haben oben einen Radius von 1,5 mm
6. Fenster von innen mit wenig Kleber einkleben.
7. Griffstangen anbringen.
8. Gehäuse der Fleischmann Zahnradlok nach Anleitung demontieren.
9. Spur N Kupplungen und Federn entfernen
10. Gehäuse auf das Fahrgestell klipsen, der Absatz des kleinen Gewichts
sitzt in der Öffnung. Beide Gewichte verwenden.
11. Stromabnehmer auf das Dach schrauben und Dach auf das Gehäuse
klipsen.

Instructions
Read and follow the safety instructions and instructions carefully befo-
re use. Before assembling, you should familiarize yourself with the individual
parts, carefully separate them and, if necessary, e.g. deburr with a small file
and fine emery paper. Loose plastic particles can adhere to the internal
surfaces. After separating the individual parts, we recommend cleaning the
parts with lukewarm soapy water and a soft brush. Then rinse with clear
water and let it dry well. Polyamide is dissolved from methanoic acid (cauti-
on: caustic!) and can be glued with it. Otherwise contact adhesives (e.g.
Uhu® all-purpose adhesive strong, apply thinly on both sides and allow to
flash off) are suitable as well as 2-component epoxy resin and superglue.
The latter are also suitable for bonding with metal, e.g. Handle bars and
accessories. This kit has been carefully packed. Should a part still be mis-
sing, you can request it directly from DeskTop Locomotive Works® by sen-
ding in these instructions with the part number (see below).

Assembly

1. Separate the individual parts from the molding.
2. Deburr individual parts. Completely remove the shoulders of the con-
necting bars.
3. Locate the holes for the handlebars and drill them to the required dia-
meter.
4. Paint parts as desired.
5. Cut clear plastic for the windows (tolerance -0.5 mm):

4x 6 x 9.5 mm (front window)

2x 9 x 9.5 mm (side window driver's cab)

2x 6.6 x 8.3 (cab doors)

2x 16.6 x 8.3 mm (luggage compartment)

All windows have a radius of 1.5 mm at the top
6. Glue in the window from the inside with a little glue.
7. Attach handlebars.
8. Dismantle the housing of the Fleischmann cogwheel locomotive accor-
ding to instructions.
9. Remove track N couplers and springs
10. Clip the housing onto chassis, the heel of the small weight sits in the
opening. Use both weights.
11. Screw pantograph onto roof and clip roof onto housing.
