Anleitung
Vor Gebrauch die Sicherheitshinweise und Anleitung genau lesen und be-
achten. Vor dem Zusammenbau sollten Sie sich mit den Einzelteilen vertraut
machen, diese sorgfältig abtrennen und ggf. z.B. mit kleiner Feile und fei-
nem Schmirgelpapier entgraten. Auf den innenliegenden Oberflächen kön-
nen lose Kunststoffpartikel anhaften. Nach Trennung der Einzelteile emp-
fiehlt sich eine Reinigung der Teile mit lauwarmer Seifenlauge und einer
weichen Bürste. Anschließend mit klarem Wasser abspülen und gut trock-
nen lassen. Polyamid wird von Methansäure (Ameisensäure) gelöst (Vor-
sicht: ätzend!) und kann damit verklebt werden. Sonst eignen sich Kontakt-
kleber (z. B. Uhu® Alleskleber Kraft, beidseitig dünn auftragen und ablüften
lassen) sowie 2K-Epoxydharz- und Sekundenkleber. Letztere eignen sich
auch für die Verklebung mit Metall, z.B. Griffstangen und Zurüstteile. Dieser
Bausatz wurde sorgfältig gepackt. Sollte trotzdem ein Teil fehlen, können Sie
es unter Einsendung dieser Anleitung mit Angabe der Teilenummer (siehe
unten) direkt bei D

Zusammenbau
1. Einzelteile vom Spritzling trennen.
2. Einzelteile entgraten. Die Ansätze der Verbindungsstege vollständig
entfernen. Die Bohrungen zur Drehgestellbefestigung mit D1,2 durch-
bohren.
3. An den Gewichten die Ansätze der Auswerfer flach feilen. Gewichte in
das Chassis einsetzen, sie dürfen nicht klemmen und außen vorstehen.
Wenn nötig, abfeilen.
4. Gewichte in das Chassis kleben.
5. Antriebe mit 4x M1,6x6 festschrauben.
6. 30203: Griffstangen biegen und am Gehäuse sowie nach Wunsch wei-
tere Zurüstteile anbringen. Die Teile dürfen innen nicht überstehen.
7. Teile nach Wunsch lackieren.
8. Drehgestellblende auf die Drehgestellabdeckung kleben. Sie muss auf
der Seite mit der Kupplung auf Anschlag liegen.
9. 30203: Fenster zuschneiden (Toleranz -0,5mm)

10. 30202: Fenster mit wenig Klebstoff von innen einkleben.
11. 30203: Gehäuse auf des Chassis schnappen.
12. Probelauf durchführen. Funktioniert alles zur Zufriedenheit, ist die Lok
bereit für ihren ersten Einsatz.
Informationen zum Vorbild
In der zweiten Hälfte der 1930er Jahre erfolgten bei der Plettenberger
Straßenbahn Bestrebungen, den Bahnbetrieb zu modernisieren. Man
entschied sich für Diesel-elektrische Fahrzeuge. Im April 1938 wurde
bei BBC und Fuchs ein Treibwagen bestellt. Es lag zudem ein Ange-
bot von BBC und Jung für eine vierachsige Drehgestell-Lok mit
250PS vor. Der Kriegsbeginn verhinderte nicht nur die Bestellung der
Lok, sondern verzögerte auch die Auslieferung des Triebwagens, der
erst am 17. Dezember 1941 in Betrieb genommen werden konnte.

Manual
Read and follow the safety instructions and instructions carefully before use.
Before assembling, you should familiarize yourself with the individual parts,
carefully separate them and, if necessary, e.g. deburr with a small file and
fine emery paper. Loose plastic particles can adhere to the internal surfaces.
After separating the individual parts, we recommend cleaning the parts with
lukewarm soapy water and a soft brush. Then rinse with clear water and let
it dry well. Polyamide is dissolved from methanoic acid (formic acid) (cauti-
on: caustic!) And can be glued to it. Otherwise contact adhesives (e.g.
Uhu® all-purpose adhesive Kraft, apply thinly on both sides and allow to
flash off) are suitable as well as 2-component epoxy resin and superglue.
The latter are also suitable for bonding with metal, e.g. Handle bars and
accessories. This kit has been carefully packed. Should a part still be mis-

Assembly

1. Separate individual parts from the molding.
2. Deburr individual parts. Completely remove the lugs on the con-
necting bars. Drill through the holes for the bogie mounting with
D1.2.
3. File the tips of the ejection flat on the weights. Insert weights into
the chassis, they must not jam and stick out. File down if ne-
cessary.
4. Glue weights into the chassis.
5. Screw the drives with 4x M1.6x6.
6. 30203: Bend the handlebars and attach additional accessories to
the housing as well as required. The parts must not protrude
inside.
7. Paint parts as desired.
8. Glue the bogie cover to the bogie cover. It must be on the side
with the coupling on the stop.
9. 30203: Cut windows (tolerance -0.5 mm)

10. 30203: Glue in the window from the inside with little adhesive.
11. 30203: Snap the housing onto the chassis.
12. Carry out a test run. If everything works to your satisfaction, the
locomotive is ready for its first use.

Information about the prototype

In the second half of the 1930s, efforts were made at the Plettenber-
ger tram to modernize the railway operations. The decision was
made to use diesel-electric vehicles. In April 1938 a rail car was orde-
red from the BBC and Fuchs. There was also an offer from BBC and
Jung for a four-axle bogie locomotive with 250PS. The beginning of
the war not only prevented the locomotive from being ordered, but
also delayed the delivery of the rail car, which could only be put into
operation on December 17, 1941.
