SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

The installer must read the applicable safety instructions before attempting to operate or install the
equipment.

Do not open the equipment.
This equipment uses high voltage
electricity which can shock, burn or
cause serious injury. Only qualified
personnel can work inside the equipment.
Turn off the power at the mains
switchboard before beginning the
installation.
Fire, electrical shock or serious injury can
result if the power is left on or is applied
while the equipment is being installed.
Do not install the equipment where it
may get wet from rain or water splash.
Water can cause fire or electrical shock,
or damage the equipment.
Careful consideration is required to avoid
ingress of water through the transducer tank.
The tank shall be strong enough to withstand
the water pressure in fully loaded conditions in
rough weathers. FURUNO Electric Co., Ltd. is
not liable to any loss of ship and personnel
which is caused by installation procedures.
