Blood Glucose Monitoring System
IMPORTANT:
To ensure that you get the best possible results from your Easy Trak II Blood Glucose
Monitoring System, please read the entire manual before you begin to test and remember
the following:
1. Check both of the codes of the test strips and meter.
The number on the Meter must always match the number on the vial of the Test Strip that
you are using for your test.
2. Use only Easy Trak II Test Strips with the Easy Trak II Meter.
3. Re-check any unusual or inconsistent results.
4. Work with your Doctor or Healthcare Professional before making any adjustment in
medication, diet or exercise (activity) routine.
5. Use only Capillary Whole Blood when testing with your Easy Trak II Meter.
