Blood Glucose Monitoring System
Easy Trak II Test Strip
The Easy Trak II Test Strips are designed to work only in conjunction with the Easy
Trak II Meter. Each strip can be used only once. The Easy Trak II Test Strip consists of
the following parts:
Confirmation Window
This is where you can confirm
that enough blood has been
applied to the target area.

Target Well Area
Located on the front of the test strip, this
well is where you must apply your whole
blood or glucose control sample.
Contact bars
This end of the Easy Trak II Test Strip is
inserted into the Test Port to activate the
Easy Trak II Meter (fllow the arrow
to indicate the direction).
