Disposal of ash
The ash accumulated under the crucible must not touch the bottom of the crucible (see diagram below), otherwise
this will:
4. Deprive the crucible of the necessary air flow for combustion and lead to incomplete combustion
5. Cause an overflow of pellets outside the crucible
6. If this continues, the pellets will accumulate and block the tube connecting the hopper to the combustion
chamber and jam the feed screw = blockage !!!.
If the ash touches the crucible, turn off the stove by pressing on [button A] for a few seconds, let the stove cool
down before emptying the ash pan. The stove can then be turned on again.
Reloading the wood pellet reservoir:
Before reloading, it is essential to:

Stop the stove
•
Empty the ash pan
The capacity of the ash pan is limited to the combustion of a little more than a hopper of pellets.
Beyond that, the ash causes obstruction of the crucible = see scenario above (see 3.9.1)
