Step 1 Log in to the OSM.
Step 2 On the main menu, click Alarm. In the navigation tree, click Current Fault or Current
Event.
Step 3 In the operation interface, view the alarms. The parameter description is shown in

5.10 Browsing History Alarms

This section describes how to browse history alarms through the OSM.

Description
This parameter indicates the time when an alarm event is generated. The
format is YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss.
This parameter indicates the alarm ID.
This parameter indicates the alarm name.
This parameter indicates the alarm severity. The options are Critical,
Major, Minor, and Warning.
NOTE
You are recommended to browse the major alarms first and handle them in time to
ensure normal running of the system.
This parameter indicates the module that a alarm belongs to. The log module
include Device,iSCSI Target, RAID, System, WebUI, FC, Pool,
HyperCopy, HyperImage, HyperMirror, Agent, iSCSI Initiator, EPL,
and Coffer.
This parameter indicates the possible causes of an alarm.
This parameter indicates the recommended solution to the fault.
This parameter indicates the alarm description, for example, the location
details of the alarm module.
