Air Source Heat Pump Water Heater 5.4 Instruction to Operation of Wired Controller Notice: If there is not any operation of button for 15s, the wired controller will half light. In this case, the wired controller can be normally operated if pressing any of the buttons to let it light. - Page 12 Air Source Heat Pump Water Heater 3) Temp Setting Press ▲/▼ to increase or decrease setting water temp .When long press of it, the temp will increase or decrease by 1 per 0.5 second. Water temp setting range: 35 ~ 70 (50 under save mode) As shown in the right figure.

Air Source Heat Pump Water Heater 6 Installation 6.1 Notices for Installation ● Important Notices 1) Installation of the unit must be done by qualified personnel according to local layout rules and this Instruction. 2) Before installation, please contact with local maintenance center. Malfunction resulted from non- authorized department is not easy to handle. -

T o ensure normal communication of unit, signal line and wiring (communication) of wired controller ①... - Page 22 Air Source Heat Pump Water Heater Fill of water and leakage test: Open cut-off valves of water inlet and outlet of water tank and tap or shower at hot water using end. If there is water continuously flowing out from tap or shower, it means the water tank has been full, so close the tap or shower.

Open other cut-off valves and then turn on the unit till “Heat up” icon is displayed on the wired controller to check the unit for normal operation. -

Heating capacity may be reduced once outdoor temp is decreased. The following chart is for reference. -

Air Source Heat Pump Water Heater 9.2 Defrosting During Hot Water Operation 1) If the unit frosts during water heating, it will automatically defrost for 2-3 min to improve heating efficiency. 2) During defrosting, fan motor stops running. 9.3 Re-startup after Long-time Stop If water heater restarts after long-time stop (including the first startup), there may be turbid liquid flowing from tap at the beginning. -
