5.1.2
Folding rollator
1. Remove walking stick and shopping bag.
2. Pull the seat upward by red strap.
3. Push handgrips (2) to each other, to close
the frame.
4. When the frame is in the smallest position,
move the handgrips down (figure 2).
5. Connect top part and lower part of the
frame with the straps (14).

5.2
Brake system
CAUTION
Check the working of the brakes to ensure
your safety. The condition of the braking
system is influenced by wear, oil and other
contamination of the rear wheels and
braking mechanism

The rollator is equipped with brakes, operated
by two brake levers (1). The brake levers can
be used in two braking modes: running
brakes and parking brakes.
• To use the running brakes, pull both brake
levers (1) simultaneously upwards [A]. To
stop braking, release the brake levers.
• To use the parking brakes, push both
brake levers (1) downwards in locked
position [B]. Always use both parking
brakes simultaneously. To end the parking
mode,
simultaneously upwards.

5.3
Backrest belt
CAUTION
Before using the seat:
• Make sure that backrest belt (5) is well
secured to the frame.
• Check that all 6 bolts (16) and nuts of
belt (5) are well tightened.
Belt and holder can easily be mounted by
pushing its base over the protruding part of
the support on the frame, see example in
figure 3. Push it down until it sits tight.

To demount, slide the base upwards again
until it slides from the support.
5.4
Shopping bag
CAUTION
Do not overload the shopping bag.
The maximum
shopping bag can be found in §7.
The shopping bag is meant to be mounted on
the hooks below the seat. For this, the bag is
equipped with two loops, one at each side of
the bag.
5.5
Negotiating kerbs
CAUTION
Take kerbs straight, with both front wheels
aligned to the kerb. Keep the rollator
nearby.
To make it easier to take small obstacles,
such as kerbs, the rollator is equipped with a
tipping aid on the two rear wheels.
1. Make sure you are standing stable while
levers
holding both handgrips.
2. Use one foot and push on tipping lever (14)
to lift the front wheels.
