    Identifying Parts and Controls Front view Power switch Turns the monitor on or off. LED indicator The indicator lights up in green when the monitor is turned on, and lights up in orange when the monitor is in power saving mode. AUTO button Adjust the picture position and performance automatically.
  • Page 7 DC +12V Power inlet Provides +12V DC power to the monitor. VGA-In D-sub 15-pin connector for VGA signal. Touch Screen Connector Mini dim 7-pin connector for touch screen signal. Fixing-holes for Supporting bracket There are two supporting bracket fixing-holes on each side of the stand. Fold-lock Press fold-lock on the stand of the monitor while you fold the stand back for storage or transportation.

    Please follow the steps one by one to setup your monitor. Fold the stand of monitor and split the dust-proof plastic sheet Fold the stand out, so you can locate the monitor on the table. Split the dust-proof plastic sheet from the screen surface of monitor. Installing touch monitor supporting bracket To avoid the monitor vibration while you are touching the touch monitor, you need to install the touch monitor supporting bracket first.

With the monitor switched off, connection the mini dim end of touch screen signal cable to the monitor and the D-sub end to COM1 or COM2 of your computer. Connect the power adapter and power cord With the monitor switched off, connect the cable of power adapter to the monitor.
  • Page 10 Use 1024x768 resolution and press performance. Before starting to work, you are recommended to adjust the resolution of video signal from your computer to 1024x768 at 60Hz for best picture performance. (Please check the user manual of your computer to learn how to adjust the resolution and refresh rate.) You are also recommended to press the picture performance automatically and to ensure the tolerance-free picture.

    Working with OSD Groups Press the UP OSD functions are divided into Groups. Icons representing these groups appear across the top of the OSD display. From left to right, the OSD Groups are: To select an OSD Group, with the OSD window open, press the DOWN buttons until the desired Group’s icon is highlighted and that Group’s setting items are listed.

    The input source is detected automatically when you turn on the monitor. If more than one deivce is connected to the monitor, you can select the device you want from the Input Select screen. Push the DOWN Use the DOWN Use the INCREASE source.

    Horizontal & Vertical Position To fine-tune the display’s position on the monitor screen, select the item from the menu. Use the INCREASE desired on the 0-100 scale that appears at the bottom of the window. Push the AUTO selection menu. Center Image To center the display’s position on the monitor screen, select the item from the menu.

    OSD POSITION CENTER OSD OSD OFF TIME TRANSPARANCY LANGUAGE OSD Position To position the OSD window to your preference, select the item from the menu. Use the INCREASE through its available positions. Push the AUTO button selection menu. Center OSD To center the OSD’s position on the monitor screen, select the item from the menu.

    Transparency To enable transparency of the OSD window, select the item from the menu. Use the INCREASE and NO. Push the AUTO button selection menu. Language To select the language for the OSD interface, select the item from the menu. Use the INCREASE available languages shown at the bottom of the window.

    PIP (Picture In Picture) allows you to view a small video window in the middle of your full-screen display. Depending on your input source, this feature can be used for watching TV while using your computer. It can also be used in videoconferencing to see how you appear to the other members in the conference.

    The monitor has been designed to have Elo SAW (Sufarce Acoustic Wave), MicroTouch Capacitive and MicroTouch Resiitive 5-wire touch screen options. Before installing touch screen driver, please check the type of touch screen inside the monitor that you have purchased. To know the type of touch screen, you can judge from the model number printed on a small label in the rear side of the monitor.
