6.2 Proportioning or Purge Control
Although this controller cannot control purge or proportioning, an additional
control box can be added for each station, for these functions. Refer to the
appropriate manual for detailed instructions.
6.3 Preset Parameter Values
The MCS-405A controller is preset at the factory with the following values.

These values can be easily changed by the system operator to account for the
individual flow properties of the materials being processed.

6.4 Changing Loading Parameters
The control is equipped with a small LCD screen that displays operating and
programming prompts, plus pushbuttons to aid in selecting parameters and
making changes.
Instructions listed below are repeated on the control face for ease of use.
