  • Page 9 Tie Off Mooring Information (Mooring ropes not included) Tie the lift off using a tie off method similar to mooring a boat in a slip. The goal is to restrain the lift as much as possible but still leaving enough slack in the lines that the lift can still raise and lower properly. Use a good mooring rope that has enough strength for the size of boat and lift you are installing.
