  • Page 15 STEP 9: DOCK ATTACHMENT MEASUREMENTS To position the lift in the center of a 10’ wide slip, the center of the dock bracket adjustment angle should be set at 19.5” from the dock finger. Mark this location. Increasing this to 25.5” will center the lift in an 11’ wide slip, and 31.5” will center it in a 12’ wide slip. The center to center of the two dock brackets in 81”.
