MODEL RR5 SERIES – FRIED FOOD DUMP STATIONS
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The Model RR5 Series Fried Food Dump
Stations features Marshall's own ThermoGlo
heating technology. Heat radiates from every
square inch of the upper flat plate heating
surface.
This eliminates the need to clean
intricate calrod, wire and reflector assemblies.
A slotted and rolled bottom pan is provided
along with a pullout catch drawer for easy
cleaning. Depending upon the model, four or
six 40 Watt bulbs furnish the illumination

    OWNER’S MANUAL MODEL RR5 SERIES – FRIED FOOD DUMP STATIONS If bulbs fail do the following: a) Unplug the unit. b) Remove the failed bulb by carefully unscrewing from its socket. c) Replace bulb with manufacturer's approved replacement part. (See Parts List) TROUBLESHOOTING CHART Identify problem in the left column and look for probable cause and solution in right hand column.
