Troubleshooting Suggestion
1. Check that the preset power
meter model is the same as
the actual model.
2. Check that the preset
communications parameters
for the power meter are the
same as the actual
configurations.
3. Check that the power meter
is powered on and the RS485
communications cable is
connected.
1. Check whether the grid
connection voltage exceeds
the upper threshold. If yes,
contact the local power
operator.
2. If you have confirmed that
the grid connection voltage
exceeds the upper threshold
and obtained the consent of
the local power operator,
modify the overvoltage
protection threshold.
3. Check that the peak grid
voltage does not exceed the
upper threshold.
