SOLUTION
Tighten the screw plug well.
Check power cord, plug, and fuse in your home.
Switch off the chopper. Pull the material out of the
hopper (first disconnect it from the mains!). Connect
the power and switch on the shredder again and insert
thick branches so that the knives do not interfere with
the previous incisions again.
Insert wood and dried branches.

Unscrew the hand screw, open the shredder and re-
move the material which does not block the unit (dis-
connect the unit from the power supply!).
