10.3 Service Mode Control Stages

1) Verification of the diameter of the heater coils
After entering the service mode, which induction coils are supported by main board is
checked first. As seen in picture 2 left hand side zones's diameter are 180mm.It is
understood by the way of middle number of coil diameter. For example middle number of
180mm coil is "8" then "8" will be displayed on the related zone display. After pressing
minus button(-) again, right hand side coil information will appear on the related zones as
shown in picture 3. For 210mm coil "1" will be displayed on the related zone display because
"1" is the middle number of 210. For 145 mm coil "4" will be displayed on the related zone
display because "4" is the middle number of 145. Again pressing the minus (-) key next
control phase begins.

2) Reviewing software version of main board
After pressing the minus(-) button software version appears on display as shown in picture 4.
In picture software version of main board is seen as 2.08 (this is just for example). There are
2 microcontrollers on the main board. One of them controls left hand side cooking zones the
other one controls right hand side zones. In order to see right side version information
minus(-) key should be pressed. Picture 5 shows version information. After pressing the
minus(-) button next control period starts.
