Possible reasons
The lift button was not closed before the lift truck was switched on.
Control valve failure:
1. The controller port J3-2- is defective
2. The brake cable is defective.
3. Failure of the pump contactor (short-circuit / idle)
The lowering button was not closed before the lift truck was swit-
ched on.
Replace controller
CAN overloaded
1. The motor voltage does not meet the choke requirement.
2. Error in the control system.
1. Software defective.
2. Control defective.
Battery current too low
Steering sensor defective
Incorrect parameter/ error in parameter setting
Replace controller
Replace control unit
High battery voltage:
1. Overcharge.
2. BMS error.
3. High current from the motor during shutdown
The battery is quickly discharged:
1. The battery is not used for a long period of time
2. Overloaded.
The battery connection is interrupted.
Battery undervoltage:
1. Discharge.
2. Battery cell defective.
Overcorrection:
1. Unauthorized adjustment of the standard parameters.
2. Wrong parameter after replacement of the control.
3. Error in the current detection of the lithium battery.
