8.2.4Check the electrical fuses
Remove the main cover. The fuses are arranged as
shown in Fig. 12.

8.4 Maintenance intervals
Hydraulic
Check the hydraulic cylinder(s), the
piston for damage noises and leaks.
Check the hydraulic connections for
damage and leaks.
Check the hydraulic oil level, top up
if necessary.
Refill hydraulic oil (12 months or
1500 operating hours)
Check and adjust the function of the
pressure valve (0+10%)
Mechanical system
Check for deformation and cracks
Check the chassis for deformation
and cracks.
Check that all screws are tight.
Check the push rods for deformation
and damage.
Check gearbox for unusual noises
and noises.
Check the wheels for deformation
and damage.
Check and lubricate the headset
bearing if necessary.
Check and lubricate the pivot points
if necessary.
Lubricate grease nipple
Electrical system
Check electrical wiring for damage.
Check electrical connections and
terminals.
Check function of emergency stop
switch
Check the drive motor for noises
and damage.
Test the display.
Check that the correct fuses are
used.
