Possible cause
Battery low
The switch for lifting or lowering was activated earlier than the key
switch
Operating sequence of direction, locking and key switch is not cor-
rect.
The function sequence of the interlock and accelerator pedal is not
correct; or the accelerator pedal is not returned to the neutral position
after the EMERGENCY STOP SWITCH has been operated.
Speed regulator:
1. Adjusted accelerator pedal.
2. Defective throttle body or throttle valve mechanism
Wiring of the speed controller:
1. Throttle valve input open or short-circuited.
2. Throttle valve defective.
Control does not work
Internal relay coil defective, replace control unit.
1.Internal relay welded.
2.Control defective.
1. The internal relay has been instructed as closed, and it has
not been instructed
2. Internal relay peaks are oxidized.
1. Electromagnetic brake driver open.
2. Electromagnetic brake coil short-circuited.
Engine overheated
1. Battery not connected.
2. Bad connection to battery terminals.
1. Electromagnetic brake driver short-circuited.
2. Electromagnetic brake coil open.
Control does not work
1. The motor voltage does not correspond to the throttle control
2. Control defective
1. Software defective.
2. Control defective.
1. A parameter value has been changed that requires a power cycle
(e.g., throttle type, lock type, driver type, EMR type, pump SRO
type, AUX switch input type)
2. Parameters were reset.
