Possible reasons
Turtle switch does not work
The lift button was activated before the lift truck was switched on.
The lowering button is activated before the lift truck is switched on.
Communication with battery was interrupted:
1. BMS error.
2. The cable from the battery to the tiller is defective.
3. The transmission module of the drawbar is defective.
The pedal is not in the neutral position before the password is
entered.
Very low voltage
Very high voltage
Very high/low voltage
Motor temperature sensor defective / overheating protection
Pedal Failure
The function sequence of lockout and throttle is not correct; or the
throttle pedal is not returned to the neutral position after the EMER-
GENCY OFF switches have been operated.
Control unit fault
Error of the speed sensor / motor defect
Engine interruption
Failure of the electromagnetic brake driver:
1. The controller port J3-12 is defective
2. The brake cable is defective.
3. Brake fault (short circuit / no-load)
Emergency timeout on reverse
The emergency stop switch was not closed before the vehicle was
switched on.
Failure of the driver of the pump contactor:
1. The controller port J3-11- is defective
2. The brake cable is defective.
3. Failure of the pump contactor (short-circuit / idle)
