Installation and Operation Manual for Power Inverter RPI M6A M8A M10A EU V4 EN 2020-07-13
Possible Cause
Current grid frequency is above the OFR setting
(over frequency recognition).
Incorrect country setting.
Current grid frequency is below the UFR setting
(under frequency recognition).
Incorrect country or grid type setting.
Current grid voltage is above the OVR setting
(over voltage recognition).
Grid voltage is over the Slow OVR setting dur-
ing operation.
Incorrect country or grid type setting.
Grid grid voltage lies below the UVR setting
(undervoltage detection).
Incorrect country or grid type setting.
Incorrectly wired AC plug.
Non-linear load in the grid and in the vicinity of
the inverter.
Incorrectly wired AC plug.
Insulation fault in the PV system.
Large PV system capacitance between Plus
and Ground or Minus and Ground or both.
AC/DC disconnection switch is in position OFF.
AC plug is not correctly connected.
Incorrectly wired AC plug.
The DC input voltage at DC1 is greater than the
maximum permissible DC input voltage.
The DC input voltage at DC2 is greater than the
maximum permissible DC input voltage.
10 Error events and troubleshooting
Solution
Check the grid frequency on the inverter display.
Check the country setting on the inverter dis-
play.
Check the grid frequency on the inverter display.
Check the country and grid type settings.
Check the grid voltage on the inverter display.
Check the grid voltage on the inverter display.
Check the country and grid type settings.
Check the grid voltage connection at the
inverter terminals.
Check the country and grid type settings.
Check the wiring of the AC plug.
The grid connection of the inverter must be kept
away from non-linear loads; if necessary, move
it further away.
Check the wiring of the AC plug.
Check the insulation of the DC inputs.
Check the capacitance and dry the PV modules
if necessary.
Turn the AC/DC disconnector to the ON posi-
tion.
Check the connection in the AC plug and its
connection to the inverter.
Check the wiring of the AC plug.
Change the solar system setting so that the
DC input voltage at DC1 is below the maximum
permissible DC input voltage.
Change the solar system setting so that the
DC input voltage at DC1 is below the maximum
permissible DC input voltage.
