STEP FOUR:
Register Number — A register number can be programmed to appear on all receipts and on the X and Z reading printouts Only a two digit
register number can be used (0 99) If you only have one register in your store and do not wish to number it you can skip over this step and
go on to step five

Date — The correct date can be programmed into the register If selected as an option in Step 2 of Program One the date will be printed on
all transaction receipts and also on the X and Z readings The date needs to be programmed only once After the initial setting the date will
automatically change every 24 hours In addition the register is pre programmed with a permanent four year calendar The month will
automatically change after the last day of each month taking into consideration the varying number of days in each month

To program the date press the appropriate numbers on the keyboard then press the [CHARGE] key
