STEP THREE:
Transaction Number and Grand Total Print Option — There are four (4) options that can be programmed to reset the consecutive number
of each transaction after every "Z" position reading and to print out the locked in Grand Total of all transactions on the "Z" position reading
printout You must choose one of these options
0 — Consecutive Number to be re-set
1 — Consecutive Number not to be re-set Grand Total Print
2 — Consecutive Number to be re-set
3 — Consecutive Number not to be re-set No Grand Total Print
The consecutive transaction number is printed on all transaction receipts and on every X and Z reading printout This number can be reset to
two after a reading has been taken in the "Z" position (The "Z" reading is number one and the first transaction for the next day will be
number two)
The locked in grand total is a running total of all transactions This grand total is maintained in the memory of the machine at all times It
cannot be erased or tampered with and will never reset to zero (See page 53) You have the option of printing this grand total on "Z" reading
printouts
Select the appropriate option press the number on the keyboard The numbers will appear on the right side of the display and to the right side
of the numbers selected for the tax and printout option numbers
