Using DVDExpress options
DVD Region
Use this tab to change the current region code for
DVDExpress. This tab is only available when playback
is stopped.
Region codes
Region coding is part of the protection system for DVD
content. It divides the world into six regions. The intent is to
enable specific content to be viewed in a specific region.
The current region code of the DVDExpress player installed
in your computer is Region 1, comprising the United States
and Canada. The region code is provided on the DVD
Region tab in the DVD Options dialog box. It is noted in
parenthesis following the application version number.
