Displaying information about each folder
In addition to displaying the contents of each window, you
might find it helpful to have Windows Millennium Edition
display the name of the folder and brief information about
how to use the folder. In Windows Millennium Edition
terminology, this means displaying an individual window "as
a Web page."

Double-click My Computer.
The My Computer window opens.

Open the folder you want to view as a Web page.

On the Tools menu, select Folder Options.

Make the selections in Web View, then click OK.

The addition of the name of the folder and instructions for
how to use the folder on the left give the window the
appearance of a Web page.
