ATTENTION:
Fit some mounting bases to
the side of the pillars. That
means there are only 2
screws required per mounting
base and those are on the
glass side. For all interlinked
mounting bases, 4 screws
are required and thus 4 holes
need to be drilled.

Use a brush to remove the aluminium drilling residue on the Velux VMS.

First, put a spacing bush in
each hole and then the rub-
ber. The recess in the rubber
must fit over the groove in
pillar.
Now, position the drilling jig
on the next pillar. The holes

can be drilled in the same
way. Ensure that the holes
have the required depth. You
have to drill through the clad-
ding as well as the VMS

profile .
