STOPPING THE UNIT

To stop the unit, unplug the cord.

Caution: make sure that your unit is unplugged and completely

Don't put your unit into water or into the dishwasher.

Wash the body of the unit with a moist sponge.

Anti-stick cooking surface: clean using a soft sponge imbibed with

mild detergent and then rinse with warm water. Warning: do not
use a metallic sponge or scouring powder.
Stencils: put them in the dishwasher.

Dry all of the parts well.

GENERAL GUARANTEE TERMS
Your unit is guaranteed for 2 years.
To benefit from an additional year of guarantee at no extra charge,
register on the
web site (www.lagrange.fr).
The guarantee is for parts and labor and covers manufacturing defects.
The following are excluded from the guarantee: deterioration due to
poor use or non-observance of the instructions for use, and breaking
due to falling.
THIS GUARANTEE APPLIES TO HOUSEHOLD USES. IN NO EVENT CAN
IT APPLY TO PROFESSIONAL USES.
The legal guarantee due from the seller does not in any way exclude
the legal guarantee due from the Manufacturer for manufacturing flaws
and defects according to articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code.
In the event of a breakdown or malfunction, contact your retailer.
In the event of a technical defect within 8 days of the purchase, the
units will be exchanged. After this period, they are repaired by the
after-sale service department.

RECIPE FOR SwEET CRêPE DOUGH
Ingredients: 250 g of flour, 2 eggs, 25 g of butter, ½ demitasse
spoon of fine salt, 3 tablespoons of oil, 3 tablespoons of granulated
sugar, 1 tablespoon of rum or orange blossom water, ½ liter of milk.
Preparation: Put the flour in a mixing bowl. Make a hole in the middle
into which you will break the 2 whole eggs. Add the salt, butter and
oil. Add the sugar and the desired flavoring. Progressively incorporate
the liquid with a wooden spoon, stirring constantly, in order to obtain
very fluid dough. Let sit for at least one half-hour.
