8.Troubleshooting
(If you cannot fix the tool after checking the content of this section, send it to your
supplier or one of our offices for repair.)
Problem
Cannot mount the
POP NUT.
No
forward
or
reverse rotation of
the Mandrel. (Slow
rotation)
The
Mandrel
cannot come off of a
POP
NUT
by
sticking.
It stopped while an
automatic
reverse
rotation was come
off of the Mandrel.
The
reverse
rotation
of
the
Mandrel
doesn't
stop.
The stroke is not
done.
Cause
1.Parts are not correct.
The Mandrel and Nose piece are not
the correct ones for the POP NUT
uesd.
2.Damage of Mandrel's threads.
3.Metal
chip
are
Mandrel's threads.
1.Low air pressure.
2.Defect of lublicant.
3.Defect of lublicant in the rotating
parts.
4.The position of the Control knob is
not correct.
5.Damage of the Control nut and
T-valve push rod.
6.After the stroke, the Nut tool is
pressed against workpiece.
1.The POP NUT's threads has been
damaged by over stroke.
2.Damage of Mandrel's threads.
1.Trigger was released while defect.
1.The position of the Control knob is
not correct.
1. Low air pressure.
2.Too little hydraulic oil.
-Change to the correct parts for the
POP NUT you are using.

-Replace the Mandrel to new one.
