3.3.

Electric installation

Make sure that the rating on the data plate corresponds to the voltage and frequency of the power
supply.
Only connect the deep fryer to an earthed mains supply!
Make sure the mains electric supply has a 30mA protection and a circuit breaker with 3 mm space
between the contacts.
Do not connect the deep fryer to the mains electricity supply by a multi-socket adapter or an
extension lead.
All installation works must strictly comply with current local and national safety regulations.

4. Operating instructions

Never operate the equipment with wet hands!
Danger of burning! The fat or oil is extremely hot and can splatter. Do not touch the container or
basket while the deep fryer is working.
Constantly control the level of the fat or oil. Never let the deep fryer work with a fat or oil level
below the minimum level or above the maximum level!
Constantly control the quality of the fat or oil!
Never fry with the cover on top of the vat and never cover the fat or oil unless it is completely cold.
Leave sufficient space around the deep fryer to make the filling and emptying easy.
In case water or any other liquid is accidently spilled over the equipment, immediately disconnect it
from the power supply and let it dry completely before using it again.
Never cover the container while the deep fryer is working!
4.1.

Filling the container with fat or oil

Do not use solid fat.
Only use fat or oil with prime quality!
Never fill the deep fryer with used fat or oil! Used fat or oil reduces the ignition temperature of the
fat and oil. Danger of fire!
Fill the container with fat or oil up to a level between the minimum and maximum points.
4.2.

Switching on and temperature regulation

 The deep fryer needs approximately 10 minutes to reach the maximum temperature.
4.2.1.
MODELS FF 6 NV/ FF 6+6 NV AND FF 10 NV/ FF 10+10 NV
1. Connect the equipment to the energy source.
2. Fill the vat with fat or oil (see 3.3.)
3. Turn the temperature regulator to the desired position. The orange signal lamp switches on in order
to indicate that the deep fryer is heating. The signal lamp automatically switches off when the fat or
oil reach the selected temperature
4.2.2.
MODELS FF 10 TR NV/ FF 10+10 TR NV AND FF 15 TR NV/ FF 15+15 TR NV
1. Connect the equipment to the energy source.
2. Fill the vat with fat or oil (see 3.3.)
3. Turn the main switch to position 1.
4. Turn the temperature regulator to the desired position. The orange signal lamp switches on in order
to indicate that the deep fryer is heating. The signal lamp automatically switches off when the fat or
oil reach the selected temperature
4.3.

Filling the basket with food

Never fill the basket with more than 2/3 of its capacity!
Never add salt during the frying process, because salt alters the qualities of the fat or oil.
Products with high moisture content, wet or bulky products can cause spilling and splattering of hot
fat or oil! Danger of burning and fire!
