Troubleshooting table
Problem
The LED
(2) is illu-
minated, although dish-
washer salt has been
added.
The water is not run-
ning or it is running
only very slowly.
The water is not run-
ning off or only very
slowly.
The dishwasher is not
watertight.
The dishwasher can be
switched on/off, but not
cannot be operated.
The dishwasher cannot
be operated.
Possible cause
The dishwasher salt is clumpy.
There is a kink in the inlet
hose.
The water tap is not on
properly.
The filters are blocked.
The outlet hose is kinked,
has been extended or is
hanging too high up/too low.
The door seal is defective.
The outlet hose or the inlet
hose is defective.
The dishwasher can only be
operated when the door is
closed.
The buttons are locked.
Solution
Stir the dishwasher salt using the
end of a spoon or similar.
Arrange the inlet hose properly so
that it is not kinked
(see "Connect the inlet hose" on
page EN-30).
Turn the water tap on completely.
Clean the filters (see "Check-
ing and cleaning the filters" on
page EN-27).
Lay out the outlet hose in the
proper manner (see page EN-29).
Have the door seal replaced
(see "Service" on page EN-41).
Have the defective hose replaced
(see "Service" on page EN-41).
Close the door.
Unlock the buttons
(see "Button lock / child lock" on
page EN-26).
