The sequence of start-up the SSV 033 is to be observed!
Ifthesequenceisnotconsidered,thevalvediscarmcontactstheinsideofvalvebodyand
thechamferededgeofvalvediscarm(3)canbedeformed .  
a) P ressurecompensationbyopeningthemanipulationvalve(selfclosing)slowly,uptoclosingpressure
ofregulator .
b) U nscrewcap(8)ofshut-offvalveandpullthevalvestem(2)bytheaidofcap(8),toopentheSSV
(only possible if pd smaller than OPSO) .
c) U nscrewcapofresetshaftonvalvebody .  Turntheresetshaft(6)indirectionofarrow*)untilvalve
discarm(3)engagesintolatchlever .
d) S crewoncapofresetshaftandvalvestem .
*) F orturningresetshaft(6),themaximumtorquevalueis5 Nmtoengagevalvediscarm(3)intolatchlever .
