Malfunction / Problem
The last roller carriage doesn't go (fully)
to the front and/or the last segment is
not the last to fold up
One of the segment folds on one side

Possible cause
An object is clamped on the rail
The rail is damaged
The guide roller is damaged
The guide roller is worn out
There is an object on the rail in front of the
folded segment or stuck on the other side
in between
The rail in front of the folded segment or
on the other side in between is damaged.
The guide roller in front of the folded
segment or on the other side in between is
damaged
The guide roller in front of the folded
segment or on the other side in between is
worn out
Cross tube rivet is missing or worn out
Rivets haven't been tightened properly,
or
attachment distance is wrong, leading to
overload
external influences
Recommended remedy
Remove it and clean the rail
Repair or replace the segment
Replace it
Replace it

Replace the rivet (always rivet twice, pay
attention to rivet length and only use steel
rivets)
Tighten them with the appropriate tool.
Only use steel rivets with large washers
Ensure the distance is 1200 mm
Resolve external causes and rivet again
