Check Collector Pressure

Check exhaust collector pressure at the exhaust
collector pressure tap location (see illustration below). Is
there positive pressure equal to or greater than
pressure switch settings below?

system and control panel located at the
top of the heater.
Does the area show signs of corrosion
and/or exssesive heat?

Remove combustion assembly
(see "Combustion System
Removal Procedure")
Inspect combustion chamber
for blockage or debris
accumulation

Call for
technical support
Exhaust Pressure Switch Testing and Replacement
For serial numbers prior to "CF"
With monometer, take a
reading at the exhaust
