To install a hydraulic discharge unit set the sweeper on an even, paved ground, and then
proceed as follows on Fig. 25:
5) If the sweeper is not equipped with an adjusted arm of a catch used to mount the cylinder,
dismount the previous arm and then install the catch arm set (it. 1) which is equipped with
an adequate pin for mounting the cylinder (part is available on request as per parts
catalogue).
Finally, mount the hopper pivot again in the eye on the new arm.
6) Install hopper arm set (it. 2) by bolting it on the sweeper's body side wall with bolts M10x25
(2 pcs)
7) Install the cylinder on catch arm pin set (it. 1), secure with snap ring Z20 (it. 10)
8) Install the cylinder, eye at piston side in the hopper arm (it. 2) using cylinder pin II (it. 3)
and protecting it with snap ring (it. 10).
9) Secure the hopper pivot against shifting with cotter pin (it. 11).
10) If hydraulic hoses (it. 8) are not tightened, install hoses in reduction coupling bodies (it. 6)
on the cylinder. Limit movements of the hoses by clamping these to the sweeper's body with
mounting holder – element II (it. 4). Tighten the holder with bolt M8x25.

Prior to operation commencement:
Inspect, and if need be, re-tighten bolts and nuts,
Examine connections of hydraulic hoses,
Mount the sweeper at the tractor's rear 3-point linkage, lift the sweeper up to the height of
0.5 m and check the hydraulics operation.
