Side sweep

Side sweep is installed at the right of the sweeper (Fig. 12). Application of the sweep is
aimed at sweeping out impurities from under curbs. Adjusting the side sweep is largely dependant
upon condition of the main sweep. Use shaft pin (1) to adjust sweep working height.
Fig. 13 provides properly set the sweep's angle in relation to the ground – adjustment is
possible thanks to bolt M12 (2). Sweep's head should be lean slightly forward. Remember! Proper
working height and angle will improve effectiveness of impurity sweeping and therefore reduce the
sweep wear.
A side brush can be installed on the sweeper by the user, provided such feature is made
available on a given sweeper model by its manufacturer.
Fig. 14 provides requirements a sweeper should meet so that side brush could be installed properly.
