Drilling countersunk holes

Screwing the insulation boards/cladding panels together usually does not require any pre-drilling. The only exception are
the holes on the face side of the 25mm thick panels. These panels have already been pre-drilled in accordance with the
screws to be used.
You only need to drill additional countersunk holes into the 25mm thick cladding panels so as to accommodate the diam-
eter of the corresponding screw heads. To ensure that you drill these countersunk holes at the right position into the corre-
sponding panels, the cladding panels (3-8 from Fig.1 / Fig.2) are shown below in their installation position including the di-
mensioned countersunk holes (grey dots) for door stop left and door stop right. When marking the countersunk holes, pay
attention to the position of the pre-drilled holes (X).
Important: The countersunk holes must be drilled on the smooth surface.
