10. FUNZIONAMENTO GENERALE DEL QUADRO
10. GENERAL FUNCTIONING OF THE CONTROL PANEL
All'accensione del dispositivo il led POWER
lampeggerà per circa 10 s indicando il tempo di
ATTESA PRESENZA RETE.
Trascorso questo tempo sarà possibile
impostare il dispositivo su tre diversi stati
AUTOMATIC-STOP-MANUAL attraverso
l'apposito pulsante.
- AUTOMATIC
Si attiva dallo stato STOP premendo l'apposito
pulsante. In questa condizione il quadro
funzionerà secondo la logica della modalità
i m p o s t a t a ( P R E S S U R I Z Z A Z I O N E o
SEWAGE).
- STOP
Si attiva dallo stato AUTOMATIC premendo
l'apposito pulsante. In questa condizione la
scheda madre non avvia i motori.
- MANUAL
Si attiva dallo stato STOP premendo l'apposito
pulsante. In questa condizione la scheda
madre avvia il motore fino al rilascio del
p u l s a n t e e s c l u d e n d o i l c o n t r o l l o
sull'automatico.
Rilasciando il pulsante si ritorna allo stato
STOP.
10.1 FUNZIONE PRESSURIZZAZIONE
Questa funzione è particolarmente adatta per
impianti con gruppi di pressurizzazione per 2
pompe che necessitano un controllo sulla
pressione per mezzo di 2 pressostati.
Se la pressione scende sotto la soglia del
pressostato START, la centralina avvia
alternativamente uno dei due motori; se
scende sotto la soglia EMERGENZA la
centralina avvia il secondo motore.
10.2 FUNZIONE SEWAGE
Questa funzione è particolarmente adatta per
impianti con gruppi di sollevamento acqua per
2 pompe che necessitano un controllo sul
livello dell'acqua per mezzo di galleggianti.
Alla chiusura del galleggiante di livello
massimo 1 si avvia in modo alternato uno dei
due motori.
When you turn on the device the POWER led
will flash for about 10 s indicating the SUPPLY
MAINS WAIT time.
After this time is possibile to set the device into
three different modalities AUTOMATIC-STOP-
MANUAL through the appropriate button.
- AUTOMATIC
It is activated from STOP modality by pressing
the appropriate button. In this condition, the
control panel will operate according to the logic
of the mode set (PRESSURIZATION or
SEWAGE)
- STOP
It is activated from AUTOMATIC modality by
pressing the appropriate button. In this
condition, the motherboard will not start the
motors.
- MANUAL
It is activated from STOP modality by pressing
the appropriate button. In this condition, the
motherboard starts the motor until you release
the button excluding the control over the
automatic.
Releasing the button you return to STOP.
10.1 PRESSURE SWITCHES FUNCTION
This function is particularly suitable for systems
with pressurization units for 2 pumps that
require a control on the pressure through 2
pressure switches.
If the pressure falls below the threshold of the
START pressure switch, the control unit starts
alternately one of the two motors; if it falls below
the EMERGENCY threshold, the control unit
starts the second motor.
10.2 SEWAGE FUNCTION
This function is particularly suitable for systems
with water lifting groups for 2 pumps that
require a control on the water level through 2
float switches.
Upon closing the maximum 1 level float switch
one of the 2 motors starts alternately.
