Interruptions to the power supply disrupt the operation of the device and can lead to
malfunctions and data loss.
• Ensure that the battery has sufficient capacity or switch to mains operation.
NOTE
Risk of property damage!
Batteries must be charged regularly to avoid full discharge. This applies also when the
device is not in operation.
• Make sure that the battery is charged regularly, at least once a month.

END OF WORK

Shut down the device via the software. If you do not want the device to remain plugged into
charge the battery, unplug the power cord. Wind the cable carefully.
The reel or the cable drum can remain on the device. If the reel or the cable drum has to be
dis-attached from the device, remove the connector from the socket and lift the reel or the
cable drum from the beam of the base unit.
Close the cover to protect the monitor. To be able to push the device, release the brake lever.

TROUBLE SHOOTING

If errors occur, the following list can be used to narrow down possible causes and solve
problems by yourself in some cases.
MALFUNCTION
Device cannot be turned on
Device does not connect to the tab
The device is not charging
