1. General information

We congratulate you on the purchase of your Profiform sheet metal working
machine. Profiform machines are quality products manufactured in Switzerland.
With proper use they will provide you with reliable service over the years.
This operating instructions manual must be thoroughly and carefully read
before the machine is used for the first time.
The figures that appear in brackets ( ) in the text refer to corresponding
numbers in the illustration on page 18.
2. Profile of the Profiform Rondo radius bending rolling machines
Profiform Rondo machines were designed to radius bend fine gauge sheet
metal, wires and round metal bars. Among other things, they are particularly
characterized by the following features:
- compact design, based on the three roller principle
- sturdy all-metal construction with hardened and ground rollers
- wide range of possible uses in the areas of prototype building, schools,
jewellery manufacturing, model building, electronics, ....
- multiple applications for radius bending of sheet metal, wire and round
metal bars
- easy, time saving mounting of the machine in a vice
- virtually maintenance free
