Buttons

Control button
The control button is used for:
• Resetting the product to factory default settings. See Reset to factory default settings on page 21.
Intrusion alarm switch
Use the intrusion alarm switch to get a notification when someone opens the device's housing. Set up an action rule, for example
recording or notification, to perform an action when the switch is activated. See .

Connectors

Network connector
RJ45 Ethernet connector with Power over Ethernet (PoE).
Indication
Connection and normal operation.
Shows steady green for 10 seconds for normal operation after startup completed.
Steady during startup. Flashes during firmware upgrade or reset to factory default.
Flashes amber/red if network connection is unavailable or lost.
