- Page 4 Step 6 Screw the outer mast into the ceiling plate as tight as possible. Then proceed to take the ¼” – 20 brake screw tight- en it down into the pipe couple on the ceiling plate using the M3 Allen key .
- Page 5 Step 9 Attach the swivel bracket to the pipe couple using the large metal washers , PVC washers and M16 nylon nut . Once the nylon nut is tight, slide the cotter pin through the small hole near the bottom of the screw coming out of the pipe couple .
