Safety precautions ( Make sure to read & follow carefully! ) These instructions contain basic references which must be strictly adhered to. It is therefore imperative for the installer and the operator to carefully read these instructions prior to installation and commissioning. Please observe, not only the safety directions under the main heading and safety precautions, but also those added and specifically marked under the following headings.

• VSP’ s alternation BF Series : After all pumps are stopped, VSP ( Pump which is controlled by a inverter) is changed to another pump. BI Series : The inverter can control 1st or 2nd Pump. After the designated time, VSP is automatically changed to next order pump and then former VSP runs as CSP.
Commissioning Close the door of a control unit on operating for avoiding electric accidents by high Warning voltage and hazards caused by the water leakage of pumps and pipes. 15.6 ) Control type ( Con.Type ) ; only for BF series ★ Control type : At the inverter control system(BF series), it is possible to change the inverter control type to the step control type. Additionally, the reverse change is possible.

Operating data and Setup 15.7 ) Shut-off pressure ( Shut-off ) and Min.Speed ( only for the inverter control ) At the inverter control system, need to set the “minimum speed”for the automatic operating and avoiding continuously operating at the shutoff point. (If the setup is not proper, pumps don’ t stop at shut-off point). The min.Speed has already set at the factory.

Operating data and Setup ※ Method to check if the shutoff pressure and min.speed are correct or not. The shutoff pressure and the min.speed should be correct for the smooth operation. After the setup of the operating data, when closing the discharge valve slowly and completely(no leakage), pumps should be stop within about 30 ~ 60 sec.
