Please read these instructions, paying particular attention to the following safety points:-
1.
The blades and plates are sharp, handle with care. Hold the steel blade at the top away from the cutting edge, both in use and
when cleaning.
2.
Always remove the steel blade before pouring contents from the bowl.
3.
Do not place hands in the processor bowl or liquidiser whilst the power is connected.
4.
Never use your fingers to push food down the feed tube. Always use the pusher(s).
5.
Switch off and make sure the attachments have come to a stop before attempting to remove the lid.
6.
The product will be damaged and may cause injury if the interlock mechanism is subjected to excessive force.
7.
Do not use if there is visible damage to any part of the product.
8.
This appliance is not intended for use by young children or infirm persons without supervision.
9.
Do not leave the appliance unattended when in operation.
10.
Do not immerse the appliance, supply cord or plug in water or other liquid and take care to ensure that the controls are kept clean
and dry.
11.
Do not let excess cord hang over the edge of the table or worktop or touch hot surfaces. Excess cord should be wrapped around the cord
stowage at the rear of the appliance.
12.
Do not use the appliance for other than its intended use.
13.
This machine is for domestic use only.

Connecting to Power

Before switching on make sure that the voltage of your electricity supply is the same as that indicated on the rating plate.
This appliance complies with European Economic Community Directive 89/336/EEC.

Before Use

Before using your food processor for the first time, remove and discard the plastic blade covers from the steel blade - these covers are to
protect the blade during manufacture and transit only. Wash the bowl, lid, pushers and attachments in accordance with the cleaning
instructions, page 11.
To prevent unwanted cord trailing across the worktop, wrap any excess around the cleats on the back of the food processor.
